NewsENECO customer churn lower than competitors ENECO Energy has announced in the major financial newspaper (Financieële Dagblad) that it has performed well during the liberalization of the consumer market from July 1st 2004 onwards. The loss of customers was “very limited” and smaller than its main competitors Essent en Nuon. The revenue has increased in the first half of 2005 with 3% and profit with 15%. Adstrat has developed a consumer segmentation and retention strategy for ENECO Energy, which “laid a solid foundation under the good results during the liberalization” according to Aad Storm of the Retail Division.
